The Hollow is a statement on the state of education here in the Philippines. With the current public school system both the teachers and students are becoming Hollows. Teachers get a degree & teach in public schools, but don't get any trainings to further their knowledge. Students on the other hand get obsolete education from the teachers. On top of these are textbooks that contain old and erroneous information. It is neither ones fault, it is the government's.This substandard implementation of education is one of the biggest problems in our country today. The education department should invest in teacher trainings, better educational materials and facilities. It should happen now...
